Fix two major problems with one fix

Convince congress that all student college debt should be discharged allowing that money to flow into the economy, increasing demand and employment in housing, manufacturing, agriculture and retail.  Without the burden of $500 to $5,000 monthly payments, these young Americans will spend those funds on housing, furniture, clothing, transportation, groceries and entertainment, stimulating the economy like nothing else.

Timothy, I appreciate (and agree with) your idea about tacking student debt and the burden it places on the graduate. This process, however, is for the nonprofit "Participatory Budgeting Project" and what it should do in the next year. Projects have to meet the following criteria to be eligible for funding:

    - Be of benefit to local PB processes or campaigns in multiple locations, not just one city
    - Be specific, measurable, and require funds to be implemented
    - Be feasible for PBP to implement in the next year
    - Cost no more than $10,000

We'd love to hear other idea that fir the description above!
